The OXY project arrives in Brussels as a city within the city.

Jointly developed with Immobel and Whitewood, this mixed-use building brings together contemporary apartments, office spaces, a four-star hotel, a Motel One aparthotel, retail venues, and a rooftop with views over the capital. A destination designed so everything coexists in one place: living, working, and gathering. An ambitious programme that required rigorous coordination between the two developers and all trades involved.

Alongside Immobel and Whitewood to deliver this vision: 112 kitchens for the residential component and 80 units for Motel One, representing 192 kitchens installed on this single site. Such volume demands flawless organization, agility around each developer’s scheduling demands, and meticulous site supervision from start to finish. It is this capacity to navigate complex, large-scale projects over time that sets our execution apart.
