GEM is a high-end residential development by Eaglestone, located in the heart of Brussels, just steps from Avenue Louise and the Sablon. The project will comprise 34 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, designed around premium materials, natural light and contemporary architecture with carefully considered finishes.

Ambiance Cuisine is once again partnering with Eaglestone on this project, following a successful first collaboration on the WOW development in Waterloo.

For GEM, we will be involved from the design stage onwards, coordinating the production and delivery of 34 high-end kitchens. As always, the same standards apply: a comprehensive and rigorous approach to planning, combined with the aesthetic flexibility required to meet the expectations of a discerning clientele.

From the technical study to coordination with the main contractor, every stage will be managed with the same level of precision as the project itself.
