Parc Grandchamp is an exclusive residential development by Premium Alliance in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, one of Brussels’ most sought-after municipalities. Eight high-end apartments, including two generously proportioned penthouses, are being created through the elegant conversion of a former office building set within a private landscaped park.Ranging from two to three bedrooms, each residence features spacious terraces designed as true extensions of the living areas.

Ambiance Cuisine has been working with Premium Alliance for 20 years. For Parc Grandchamp, we are responsible for the design and delivery of all eight kitchens within the development.
